Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading team delivering projects for Northumbrian Water across the Hartlepool region. This is a permanent opportunity offering long‑term stability and the chance to work on essential water industry infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities on Northumbrian Water sites
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client standards
- Oversee site teams, providing guidance, support, and quality assurance
- Coordinate permits, RAMS, and compliance documentation
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
- Gold JIB/ECS Card (mandatory)
- SSSTS certification (mandatory)
- Previous experience supervising electrical works in the water, utilities, or heavy industrial sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and work to deadlines
- Knowledge of electrical regulations, site safety, and permit‑controlled environments
